CurrentMy role started with a 3-month store placement in which I supported the operations through learning from my colleagues and manager and using that experience to act as a assistant manager. Once the scheme was over we were tasked with identifying ways in which Boots could improve upon their loyalty scheme and by drawing upon our unique experience and analysing data from multiple different parts of the business we were able to offer solutions in which to address the challenges faced in a changing technological world.Upon completing my store placement I completed my first support office role as a Financial analyst for the BUK Transformation team. Within the role I took control of multiple month-end procedures in particular assisting with forecasting, variance control and reporting for use throughout the business. Alongside these FP&A led activities I was able to access a business partnering role to assist through Financial modelling and paper writing.
