Assisted with the onboarding of new clients and documenting process flows and creating of any needed technical documents. Mentored Tier 2 techs and helped to improve technical skills. Liaison between Vox technicians and clients when resources not managed by Vox need to be accessed such as Active Directory, Exchange or Domino.
