Sales experience in Event planning, IT, and Financial Services helped me understand target markets, sales strategies focus the mind on what is important to achieve. To see a potential client move from a lead, to a direct contact, a conversation and then a sale, is my passion. How to plan relevant exhibition visits is also a skill set of mine.My intention is to take businesses to the next level and increase their turnover substantially. By employing a part time business strategist who can identify stronger processes and methods of achieving more business with passion and drive you WILL succeed and grow.Who do I work with?My experience with working in the manufacturing and construction arena means that I can implement processes and adapt them to current working procedures effectively. Primarily I work with directors of the business but also senior staff members to help move them forward both personally and professionally. Often, personnel can become ‘accidental managers’ and need guidance on how to lead from the front quite quickly.
