Working closely with founding Directors, my role includes overall organisational management to support strong program management, delivery and evaluation, strategic direction. Management of team, funding, finance and streamlining internal processes.

Lead the strategic revision and direction of the organization, recruiting critical skill sets, establishing local and national relationships, a sustainable approach to funding mix and strong structured approach to deliverables. During my tenure, we revised Vision, Mission and Values, developed a revised three year strategy and aligned operational plan with and for all of staff. Successfully expanded service delivery into new regions and ensured funding opportunities for service provision.

Delivery included several nation wide engagements in remote and rural Australia together with local activities in various metro areas.
