Supervisor for a Office of Refugee Resettlement organization in the Portland area. I worked with undocumented youth and supporting their journey along the way. Helped build the foundation to a new program in the downtown Portland area. Reviewed applicants, recruited, interviewed, coached and trained new hires. I collaborated cross functionally with counselors, case managers, program directors, and public and federal employees. I took many responsibilities such as creating a dynamic flow for the new program, intervention groups, to taking youth to their first day of school.

I ran day to day operations of the program. I supported our high-risk youth, delegated responsibilities to staff, and supported supervisors, program managers, and continuously worked with cross functional teams.

Bilingual educational assistant for Auburn Elementary School. I supported a range of teachers with literature, math and writing. Specialized in small intervention groups and our goal was to have the students pass the Oregon State Requirement.

I filled it for educational assistants from across the Salem-Keizer school district. I worked in classroom settings from young children, to young adolescents. I had a flexible schedule which I would work multiple schools in one day, to taking long term jobs at different schools.
