• Manage an existing range of accounts within the non-traditional retail market. . Maximise sales revenue and profit margins from accounts. . Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, including discounts, firm sale agreements etc.• Proactively look for new business opportunities within non-traditional markets.. Evaluate commercial potential and sell in the applicable range of titles from across the group. • Follow up on any author sales contacts/leads relating to specific titles.• Manage magazine/newspaper subscription and reader offers. . Ensure that the Special Sales contact database is fully updated. . Assist the Head of Special Sales with relevant information for meetings and key account presentations.

. Distribution of domestic and international company mail before deadline.. Logistical support, organisation of couriers, coordinated mailings, diary management.. Supervision of the front of house, answering calls, welcoming guests, administrative support.. Training new staff members, company protocol, health and safety..
