Working to manage multiple production managers as well as leading independent delivery from initial concept and budgeting to final delivery and evaluation. Experience with a range of budgets, and cap ex solutions, in excess of £1 million in total spend. - Client Management – Accepting briefs and managing client relationships to ensure final delivery matches expectations and requirements.-
