As Head of Production at RPM, I have extensive experience as project lead for end to end management. Working to manage multiple production managers as well as leading independent delivery from initial concept and budgeting to final delivery and evaluation. Experience across a wide range of clients and events from mass participation events to exhibitions. This has provided me a wide skill set and a great problem solving ability to ensure flawless delivery across all projects. Global delivery across UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa.Key Responsibilities:- Team Management – Overseeing production managers and execs to provide line management, guidance on project delivery and managing their review and development plans.- Budgets – Developing pitch budgets, managing live budgets and full reconciliation. Experience with a range of budgets, and cap ex solutions, in excess of £1 million in total spend. - Client Management – Accepting briefs and managing client relationships to ensure final delivery matches expectations and requirements.-
