In my early career I managed, designed and delivered, bespoke events & collaborative programmes with clients from the public, private & community sectors both locally & internationally as a consultant, facilitator & director at Different Tracks Global Ltd., focusing on sustainable change, leadership development & conflict management. I love adventure and as a qualified Yachtmaster and former 4th in the world Kayak surfer, I've spent more than a few hours in the sea. I’m highly skilled in the use of the outdoors as a learning environment and was the 1st recipient of the Rank Foundation Memorial Award for Leadership in Action working on pathways out of youth and gang violence. This experience serves as the inspiration for my commitment to a triple bottom line in business, valuing social, environmental and economic return on investment.
