I was a Suoervisor with a team of 22, my daily tasks included staff management, assigning resource to skill specific roles and ensuring guidance was given, I was also tasked to maintain progress for these tasks was at a high standard and met the deadline for the flights the freight was booked for was met and delivered on time. I was tasked with securing unknown freight by using various methods of security scanning for example X-ray or using an ETD machine to scan for harmful substances. I was tasked to ensure safety was maintained throughout the warehouse, this included minting my staffs PPE, warehouse etiquette and attitude was maintained at a high standard. I was available for and direct customer escalations, I believe I have a good understanding of customer needs which provides me the tools to de-escalate issues raised.
