Customer service led positions in Waitrose food service and extensive training across branches had helped to develop my skillset and given me a business confidence that has been fundamental in my professional development.During an intense university experience, I took on any management opportunities which manifested into my term running the student-run fencing club. Independent management and creative development skills culminated in a successful competitive BUCs season and development of disability sport within the club.Independent drive requires not the accolades of others as motivation and those words have always pushed me to over-exceed others expectations of me.
