Since we are a Zoom reseller, we can be the admin for all clients. • Setting up and implementing Zoom Phone. • Train our clients on Zoom Rooms, Zoom Meeting App, Teams Rooms, and Teams Meeting App. • Talk with client’s IT department on how to register our phone products to their VOIP/SIP phone system. • Works with Project team to get all equipment firmware’s updated before going to site with install team to ensure all equipment is on latest firmware. • 0ffice 365 admin for our company. • Work with client’s IT department to ensure the network configuration on site is ready for our network AV equipment. • Assist the project and install team with configuration and testing of all UC and network AV equipment that will land of client’s network. • Assist our customer experience team with troubleshooting network AV issues with equipment and anything related to unified communications.• Partners with the sales team to develop a scope of work and supporting documentation, so the correct information can be entered on the Project Template (PT) and help with a smoother and efficient design of the system. This is done by performing site surveys and walk-through of customer facilities/networks.• Help put together a POC and demo to management and C-level executives. The goal is to get the requirements correct and vet the solutions ahead of time thus cutting down on revision or Change Orders.• Work with vendors to get new products in.
