Some of them include; American Airlines, BMW, AMD, Nestle, Norges Bank (The Bank of Norway), Borregaard, Kahoot! and M&S. National brands I have worked with include; T-Mobile, Tourism Ireland and Condor Ferries.I have a real passion for making high performing, well built websites with the goal of helping your business build trust with your potential clients and ultimately making you more money.My Process:Goals: I can work with you to determine what goals your new website needs to fulfill - what its purpose is.Research: I'll help identify your target audience and ideal client. I'll use various techniques to really get to know your users and design your site with their goals in mind.Scope: Once we know the goals, and have a really good understanding of your users we can define the scope of the project. I.e., what web pages and features the site requires to fulfil the goal.Sitemap & wireframe creation: With the scope well-defined, I can start looking into the sitemap, defining how the content and features we defined in the scope definition will correspond.Visuals: With the site architecture and some content in place, I start working on the visual ID. Depending on what you have, this may already be well-defined, but you might also be defining the styles from the ground up. I can help with this if necessary.Build: I'll then build your website using the latest web technologies, always keeping SEO and clean code to help performance, in mind. Testing: It's time to make sure it all works. I’ll combine browsing of the site on a variety of devices with automated site crawlers to identify everything from user experience issue, simple broken links and accessabilty.User testing: Before launch we can test the site with your users. I do this by watching them navigate the site. We can then make improvements if necessary.Launch: Once everything's working, it's time to plan and execute the launch!After launch I can help you with CRO (conversation rate optimisation).
