Within this role I work in all aspects in the banking hall. Whether that be on the counter serving Nationwide members helping them with transactions, greeting members at the door for general queries and helping members get to the right person in the banking hall to make their journey to Nationwide as smooth as possible. I also work on the high desk helping members with technical difficulties and with fraud. In addition to that I conduct savings meeting with members talking through all of the options Nationwide offer ensuring the member knows all of their options before making a decision.

Within this role I actively answered calls keeping in line with targets set by my manager each week. These targets included how many calls I took each shift, my satisfactory rating given by customers through surveys via email and my time spent in “wrap up” which I had to add notes on our systems to specify why the customer was calling and if they were happy with the service.
