I have worked closely with executives, senior leaders and employees to establish support and commitment, deliver process transformation outcomes and uplift organisational maturity. I have successfully developed and implemented business process management, process architecture, standards, tools and training programs and have over 15 years’ experience in delivering process transformation and improvement outcomes in organisations across the Utilities, Government and Retail industries. My previous experiences as a consultant allowed me to work on a variety of program and project delivery roles including Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, Cutover Manager, Industry Consultant and Change Manager and develop a deep understanding of what is required to deliver transformation and continuous improvement.
