I advise on strategy and risk management in disputes and negotiations related to major project delivery, general commercial disputes, and in respect of Government/Public law issues. I have been with Corrs for over 25 years and a partner since 2004, during that time I have acted on a number of significant projects and disputes (with quantum on several exceeding billions of dollars).I am the outgoing Chair of the Society of Construction Law Australia; and the outgoing Chair of Gather my Crew, a not for profit providing support to people in crisis; a Vincent Fairfax Fellow; and alum of the Committee for Melbourne Future Focus Group program.I have acted as CLO/GC of a Government Department in Victoria; been a Board Member of Corrs Chambers Westgarth (including Chair of the Audit and Risk committee); a Director of Lifebroker Pty Ltd; and I have studied and lectured at several universities (including Melbourne, Monash, Bond and Harvard).
