I managed all day-to-day aspects of each procurement contract awarded to ADS under the Counter Narcotics & Global Threats (CN>) Contract Vehicle through the Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) at Langley Air Force Base. I am in charge of developing and submitting all contractual deliverables on-time and conduct quality assurance of all equipment being delivered to countries around the world to help combat trafficking of any kind. I have been the main point of contact between ADS and the US Government for all aspects of managing all aspects of each contract.

As an Acquisition Analyst, I help my company provide essential support to our Government customer, the United States Air Force Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC AMIC). I am responsible for conducting market research for the purposes of creating Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), composing Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Statements of Work (SOWs). I am also responsible for providing support on evaluating contractor proposals to determine the best value contractor to the US Government. I also have experience in tracking invoices and contract deliverables. I have recently been added as part of a group that's main purpose is to create new, or enhance existing, processes and procedures within AMIC to create consistency across the program along with improving the day-to-day workflow. This work includes creating templates for contractor proposals, creating new IGCE and PWS templates, as well as maintaining new ID/IQ databases. As an Acquisition Analyst, I also have a responsibility of providing contractor support in the form of tracking, reviewing and providing feedback on Task Order deliverables/reports that are sent in daily/weekly/monthly. With this responsibility, I provide integral feedback to my AMIC customer and keep them apprised of any and all adverse situations that may arise on a specific Task Order. As the Program Manager's have a multitude of responsibilities, they are not always able to keep as close of an eye on these reports. Keeping them apprised of the status of their Task Orders is crucial to keeping them running as smoothly as possible.

Conducted an employee compensation study to determine how MEI paid their employees compared to the industry averages. Conducted research on numerous employee benefits to help determine the benefits MEI would offer in the coming years. I also filled in at the front desk in the event the Administrative Assistant would not be in the office.
