We are focusing on the SMB markets as well as the larger enterprise level systems to expand our presence in the market place.Dr Dialtone is constantly bidding on government contracts and currently are registered with local, state and federal governments to be notified when these opportunities present themselves.Dr Dialtone has RFID expertise and are currently engaging in discussions and negotiations for deployments.As a company, we originally serviced Nortel option 11 thru option 81c and Succession systems. We are now in the rare position of servicing both Cisco and Nortel and platform equipment.We are on many nationwide service providers list as the first choice for Nortel or Cisco service.

Responsible for car dealer telephone system design and implementations once sold. Technologies include Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, CUP Server,CTI Route Points, Hunt Groups, Call Handlers, Dialing plans and other customs configurations. Trunk types vary by location and can be SIP, PRI’s for example.Applications include SynApps, Jabber, Fidelus and Akaddian consoles for receptionists, Application Servers.79xx phones, 78xx, 89xx and 99xx phones are supported as well as jabber end points.Both hosted (cloud) and traditional MCS server installs are supported.

Currently we are deploying new Cisco Voice and network infrastructure to all distribution centers and the stores attached to them.There were 53 sites in all.GPC is a very cool place to work. People are great. Technology is awesome.The distribution center(s) conversion to voip and network upgrades at all 53 locations is now complete.I am looking for my next project.Budget was cut, contractors were let go with maybe a weeks notice.That is just the nature of contracting.

While at Internap I was responsible for the Nortel Option 61C pbx and Call Pilot voice mail as well as the 24 hours NOC UCCX Contact Center and the NOC Call Manager 7.I moved Internap corporate offices to a new location and installed a Communications Manager VOIP solution for not only corporate office but our data center locations as well.I was additionally responsible for telecom billing accuracy and disputes on bills when needed.I recovered Internap tens of thousands of dollars while I was employed there.
