Welcomed new students and their parents on tours of the university campus, answer on-the-spot questions about university life and explain different facilities and degree structures.

Can you plan an eco-friendly town?The project involved investigating the life cycle analysis of residential properties by implementing EPD data for embodied carbon emissions.Calculated operational carbon emissions and input into a modelling system.My attention to detail and quantitative skills provided accurate data for the council to evaluate for future construction projects.Successfully attained a 2:1 classification on this project.

Liaised with customers by actively listening to requests and providing advice for queries ranging from billing, order management, sales, faults and IT help.Role required high standards of IT skills and ability to multitask efficiently and effectively using the company’s internal firmware Oneview whilst liaising with customers. Enrolled on the BT Aspire course to be able to cover manage shifts in the call centre.Provided an excellent customer service through phone, post and e-mail in a professional manner.
