When you work hard good things happen. A simple lesson my dad taught me throughout my childhood. I am a second-year Bachelor of Commerce Co-op student attending Dalhousie University, pursuing my interest in supply chain and finance. I am currently a part of the Dalhousie Lacrosse team and have been named the Head Rookie Coordinator and one of the team captains. I am eager to explore the world of supply chain and finance and have align my studies accordingly.I have been working from a young age, and am always excited to contribute within a team. I am an athlete who strives for greatness in both individual and team success. Working from a young age I have learned to value money, and more importantly, value hard work and patience. I have refined my leadership skills through experiences as a captain on many sports teams and held positions of responsibility in my work experience.I began investing my earnings at a young age which has sparked a love for the stock market and investments. Through pursuing a career in finance I want to contribute results in a team environment while fulfilling the spark that has been ignited in me. I am excited and motivated to learn what it means to work in the finance industry.Additionally I have grown up with a father who works in supply chain. Through his experiences and knowledge in this industry I have grown an interest and respect in the work of supply chain processes and efficiency. I am excited for what the future holds.
