Flight Instructor role encompasses:PPL/CPL/MEP/IR Instructor on both single and multi engine intergrated/modular courses.Diamond DA40/42 G1000 conversion courses.Flight Safety Officer role encompasses: The provision of information and advice on air safety matters to the CFI and Quality Manager.Proposing changes to the flight safety policy, monitoring its implementation and providing an independent overview of activities in so far as they affect flight safety.To foster a spirit of trust in the departments impartiality and integrity such that all incidents affecting flight safety are reported to it.Submitting reports under the Mandatory Occurrence Reporting scheme and maintaining a good working relationship with the CAA Safety Data Unit. Creating accident and incident trends.Liaising with heads of departments, Business unit-wide, on flight safety matters.Attending flight safety meetings, highlighting areas of concern to the appropriate Head of Flight Operations/Engineering.The promotion of proactive safety culture through research, safety projects and initiatives.Maintaining familiarity with all aspects of the Company's activities and its personnel.
