The Client Development business unit is a critical element of the IRI UK organisation as we endeavour to bring IRI’s ‘Growth Delivered’ message to life for our important mid-tier client base. Our team of Account Managers, alongside our Insight specialists and Administrative support are tasked with ensuring on-going client satisfaction – building relationships with our clients and coordinating the IRI operational teams to deliver on, and exceed client expectations. In addition to this it is our goal to raise awareness of relevant IRI solutions that can truly add value to our clients’ organisations and help them address their key business challenges.

Taking a dual role alongside my Client Development responsibilities I supported the UK Impulse team in driving the penetration of IRI's portfolio of market leading solutions that are designed to pinpoint growth opportunities within the expanding UK Convenience sector.

A role comprising new business sales of retail market tracking & insights, technology & analytic solutions to the FMCG industry; Additionally managing a team of Sales & Account Management professionals to identify new client opportunities and develop the IRI business with a portfolio of our mid-tier clients.
