Perform and supervise the daily government regulated accounting operations including but not limited to, multi-state payroll and payroll taxes, 401K administration, timekeeping, A/P, cash receipts, billing and A/R, journal entries and general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation processes, and revenue recognition including actual (time and material) and percentage of completion (WIP). I also assist with our facility management and IT support.
