I enjoy dealing with members of the public and external and internal partners. I can demonstrate solid interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills and thrive working as part of a team in an empathic way. I am always professional and customer focused, whilst at the same time, making robust decisions in a professional manner. I can effectively organise and plan while being objective and thinking in an analytical fashion. I am always committed to continuous improvement and thrive in an environment where performance matters, and deadlines are constantly in place. I am always flexible, adaptive, and creative in solving problems and dealing with change. Also, where I see fit embrace any such change. I always try to meet the high standards of conduct and behaviour when delivering the desired outcome. I am a great problem solver and over the last three years I have overcome many difficulties in a customer facing workplace. During this period, I focused on the notion that it is was my responsibility to embrace the change that Covid had promoted, and where possible focus on customer satisfaction and safety. Finally I pride myself on all the staff training within the venues I have completed. In effect using my people skills in order to obtain the best from employees, whilst encouraging high self esteem where possible.
