I am a motivated and curious economics student at The University of Queensland, with a keen interest in economic development and policy analysis. I have been working as a Projects and Policy Intern at Local Government Association of Queensland (LGAQ), where I conduct research and collate data on various housing and homelessness related initiatives across the state. I also have a part-time job as a Retail Assistant at Liquorland, where I provide excellent customer service and handle cash and inventory.At LGAQ, I have developed strong analytical skills and gained valuable experience in working with different sources of information, such as ABS, QGSO, and local government publications. I have also learned how to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders, colleagues, and supervisors. I am passionate about contributing to the social and economic well-being of Queensland communities, and I enjoy working as part of a diverse and collaborative team. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities in the public sector.
