Lead a team of 10 staff developing business cases and undertaking strategic assessments of the Victorian passenger and freight rail network.

Key Projects Includes:Murray Basin Rail Project - Lead the development of the revised business case for the stalled project which resulted in additional funding being secured.Shepperton Corridor Upgrade Stage 3 - Lead the business case for an almost doubling of services to Shepperton and track upgrades to improve journey times.Melbourne Underground Rail Loop Fire & Life Safety Upgrades - Lead the resolution of key project issues working closely with stakeholders with competing priorities to obtain stakeholder acceptance and then led the transfer of the project to LXRP for delivery. Geelong Fast Rail - Lead a team of 15 staff to develop scope and cost estimates for a range of options including reference design development and site investigations.

Development Lead responsible for all development works and part of the AECOM-GHD Joint Venture Leadership Team. Provided overall leadership and strategic guidance to the technical advisor project teams.

Developed and led project teams of up to 100 staff with multiple project managers to undertake project development activities for the Frankston line level crossings removals including: - Scope development, construction staging and cost estimates - Planning approvals including Environmental Effects Statements - Site investigations and operational modelling
