Management of large scale recruitment through multiple pathways to ensure over 35 stadium events in 2020 meet both operational and budgetary requirements.In addition to this role I carried out the following tasks.- Control Room Manger during ‘Project Restart’. Office management, preparation, Event- Day Report owner and SOP creation. - Deputy Safety Officer for the start of Season 21/22. - Stadium lead for ‘Attendees COVID Status Protocol’ Planning, training, deployment, review and data gathering

Tasked with mobilising the Club’s Event-Day Safety Team, currently 900 personnel and management of several third party services agreements. I’ve lead on multiple projects at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Wembley National Stadium, Stadium MK and UEFA Champions League Final - Madrid 2019 to ensure the standard of service, safety and security is inline with the demands of all stakeholders.

Responsible for the creation of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’s NVQ Level 2 - Spectator Safety course and it’s delivery in partnership with CONEL.

Responsible for the recruitment, training and deployment of all stewards on match days and non-match days at Lord's. Duties also included assisting with the day to day running of the MCC's full time security team and taking a lead role in the delivery of MCC and County Championship matches. Also tasked with revamping the MCC's training model for new recruits, refresher modules for existing stewards and recruitment of full time security personnel.
