Currently employed by NSW Rugby as General Manager of SJRU. Also serving as Vice President NSW Junior Rugby.For SJRU involves overseeing all junior rugby competitions and pathways in Sydney - Managing a team of staff & working with over 60 clubs for U6-U18 age groups. Running and developing competitions year round for boys and girls in both 7s and XV's formats as well as minis. Includes working with other affiliates and developing Rep pathways and growth opportunities.A long time Director with NSW Juniors liaising with affiliates SJRU, NSW Country, NSW Schools and NSW Gen Blue programs. Facilitating Rep pathways across all age groups including the signature NSW Junior State Championships and City v Country Carnivals.Some of the key achievements have been*Facilitating the relationship between SJRU, NSW Country & NSW Schools to have them all affirm affiliation under NSW Juniors banner and have all these affiliates working together towards the growth of rugby.*Grow the signature NSWJRU State Championships to the largest junior rugby carnival in Australia with 150% growth since 2015.*Re-establishing the U18 Club Rep pathway within NSW to the point where Club rugby is now a viable Rep pathway and players are now being selected from Club rugby into Gen Blue and Australian Schools & U18s teams. *Overseeing a 400% growth in U18 Boys teams participating in the NSWJRU State Champs since 2019*Creating new Rep pathways including the U18 NSW Juniors XV and Barbarians to facilitate growth in player numbers and interest. *Establish a relationship with NSW & Australian Schools to the point that NSW Juniors (club teams) were invited to enter the ASRU Carnival*Establishing SJRU Club Championship model*Re-instating traditional fixtures between SJRU & BJRU*Establishing and growing new Girls Rugby opportunities*Turning Dufficy Cup into an integral U9 Junior showpiece carnival
