Ben Gregson, Managing Director, is the Head of Luxembourg Regulatory Governance. In this capacity Mr Gregson's primary responsibility is leading the team responsible for the governance and oversight of the activities of BlackRock’s Luxembourg business, with particular emphasis on the requirements of CSSF circular 18/698. This includes oversight of delegations to internal and third parties. Mr Gregson is a Dirigeant and in addition to Regulatory Governance, Mr Gregson provides leadership support for the Luxembourg office.BlackRock (Luxembourg) S.A. has over $190 billion in AUM in 135+ products across 3 legal entity fund ranges.Prior to assuming his current role, Mr Gregson was the Head of Asia-Pacific (APAC) Fund Administration and the Head of Technology & Operations (T&O) for BlackRock Hong Kong.As Head of Asia Pacific Fund Administration Mr Gregson was responsible for all aspects of Fund Administration for 440 funds ($140+ billion in assets) across seven APAC fund domiciles. This included managing the product operational infrastructure for BlackRock's commingled funds, key stakeholder relationships, product governance, oversight and provider management.
