-Survey damaged assets belonging to oil and gas majors and contractors following loss events-Liaise with insurance brokers to procure documentation required to review claim and organize meetings with Underwriters-Report to Underwriters on technical specifications of damaged assets, circumstances of loss, causation, contractual indemnities and obligations, policy wording, extent of damage, repairs, costs, reserve quantum and subrogation possibilities against potentially responsible third parties-Review itemized heads of claim submitted by Insured party, along with invoices, purchase orders, and other support documentation and perform adjustments according to applicable policy wording-Review contracts and insurance policies-Negotiate and seek to finalize claimsExperience with both onshore and offshore claims, including MODUs, barges, pipelines, cranes, heavy lift vessels, mud pumps, gas turbine engines, fracking vehicles and equipment, FPSOs, SPMs, etc...
