I lead on delivering the Safety aspects of engineering programs for the UK MoD. I guide Delivery Teams through the regulatory frameworks, standards and policy to develop strategies for approaching complex stakeholder and technology landscapes. I advise on all aspects of the lifecycle from Pre-concept to Disposal and Termination.Born a natural divergent thinking, hands on and creative Engineer. Over 10 years of Safety Engineering and Safety Management of high hazard environment complex systems with the UK MoD. A further 6 years of technical design and production engineering experience in Safety critical settings.A love of working with other organisations and individuals to deliver capabilities across challenging multi-stakeholder landscapes. Highly commercially aware and constantly reflecting to identify areas of self improvement and where I can add value.
