Currently employed in a Product Management position at Trajan Scientific and Medical. This role requires broad knowledge of products across multiple laboratory supply portfolios, including gas purifiers, syringes, gas chromatography components, caps, vials and more. Through this role I have gained experience in product development, project management, stakeholder management and developed my communication and interpersonal skills greatly.I am a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Chemistry, having graduated in 2021.I have more than five years customer service experience, working in a replenishment role at Woolworths . This role helped in developing my resilience and communication skills through various customer interactions.I worked as a dish washer in a busy cafe for several years prior to my Woolworths employment, experiencing a fast-paced, and sometimes physically demanding environment.I traveled to Australia from Canada alone in 2008 to meet a woman that I felt a strong connection with (now my wife of over 15 years), showing initiative and organisational skills.
