• Ground roots role within a newly formed company, including senior project team membership supporting the development of sustainable, effective and efficient standard operating procedures, process and templating critical role profiles.• Core focus of the role is providing consultancy for the development and implementation of Trust wide procurement projects, plans and strategies, and senior clinical and procurement relationship management across a £300 million framework, providing a compliant route to market for NHS trusts. Development of schedule of external procurement exercises, to maintain and exceed targeted savings provision to the NHS. • Duel responsibility (within regional team) for multi million pound transformational projects, encompassing cross regional Trust collaboratives, national regulatory bodies and procurement hubs, including development and maintenance of senior cross-disciplinary stakeholder (internal and external) relationships within these project work streams.• Responsibility for growth within key supplier relationships and negotiation of national framework improvements, based on market, competitor and multi Trust spend analysis.• Provision of multi Trust wide data analytics covering spend, supplier, supply and organisation analysis, including development of templating and automation, encompassing upward of 260,000 product skus.
