As Head of Equities, Partner Selection, I drive TCorp’s approach to seeking out attractive value adding manager strategies for our portfolios. The role focuses on developed market, emerging market and Australian equities but contributes in other areas when required. In this role, I search for new strategies, implement TCorp’s Partner Selection framework and lead the management of the end to end lifecycle of managers. I work in close collaboration with the Portfolio Construction team in designing the most appropriate overarching equities strategies, ensuring that implemented strategies are consistent with the approach, philosophy and portfolio construction guidelines. In addition, I work with the Stewardship team to drive consistent and effective embedding of TCorp’s Stewardship and ESG policies and practices into management of the portfolio.

I was head of Australian equity manager research at Willis Towers Watson. I was also involved in global, emerging market and smart beta equity manager research. In this position, I researched Australian equity managers and advised clients on manager selection and portfolio construction. I also engaged with Willis Towers Watson's global team to perform a similar role for Australian clients with respect to global, emerging market and smart beta equity managers and portfolios.
