During my tenure at Temenos I have served as the Lead Consultant for the Lifecycle Management Suite (LMS) product which serves Financial Institutions with a net worth of $9 Billion. The LMS product includes a robust Collections product and a separate Recovery product. My consulting experience is focused in net-new implementations, software upgrades, as well as conversions across banking cores where I have experience with Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, and Keystone Corelation. As Temenos has converted to a cloud infrastructure I successfully implemented the first LMS implementation on Temenos Cloud working with the team to develop standard operating procedures which continue to be used by the Professional Services team. My day-to-day includes the analysis and interpretation of business processes where I am able to identify improvements and provide recommendations to my customers. I also provide instructional trainings and demonstrations to new and existing clients via WebEx, Zoom, and on-site client visits. I specialize in front end user interface, user experience, and reporting services. To ensure successful project completion I perform a data review and clean up where I review all data imports and exports.The fast paced and high volume times at Temenos have required me to be the Lead Consultant over multiple, simultaneous projects and to be the Project Manager where necessary. As the Project Manager I was responsible for executing project plans, managing resources, and communicating with all project stakeholders. Looking for new challenges and opportunities I have been assisting with scoping requirements for Statements of Work (SOW) by identifying customer wants and needs. During the Temenos USA 2019 Educational Conference I presented to an audience of 100+. During this experience I promoted and demonstrated new software enhancements to existing and prospect customers. I triaged leads with the Sales Team by networking with customers to drive new sales.

Deloitte introduced me to my first experience as a Consultant. My experience was focused in on-site training visits to large retail customers with a net worth of $300 billion. I also delivered live instructional workshops to clients about the cash recycler system including hands-on guidance for standard operating procedures. Weekly travelling allowed me to develop and maintain relationships with store-level staff during and after each workshop. When available, I would partner with other trainers and team leads to modify training content and delivery methodology in real time. Over the course of the project I implemented over 60 cash recycler systems with a 100% success rating in post-training surveys.

Greater Philadelphia Area

Member of the CBS Philadelphia Promotions Team servicing all CBS affiliates in the Philadelphia area. Stations include: KYW Newsradio 1060, 94.1 WIP, 1210 WPHT, 98.1 WOGL, and CBS-3. I coordinated the setup process of live remote broadcast and any promotional events taking place during the broadcast.
