A variety of placements during my time covering Engineering at Southern Vectis, Coach Operations at Excelsior, Operations Management at Swindon's Bus Company and various functions at Head Office including Customer Service, Commercial Planning, Finance and Human Resources. 'My role as President involves anything related to democracy, sustainability or communications. Currently, I sit on many groups and committees relating to COVID and handling the pandemic crisis, which can take up to 10 hours a week. I am responsible for ensuring all decisions reached or made by RUSU have gone through the democratic process as laid out in Constitution and Bye-Laws. This officer is also responsible for leading on external affairs, liaising with the National Union of Students and will lead on RUSUs democratic processes and Student Fora.'

Ran in the RUSU leadership elections, campaigning all had to be done online due the Covid-19 pandemic.

Worked alongside studying, shifts were very flexible. A busy, energetic & dynamic environment of which I personally thrived in. Late night shifts often resulted in dealing with intoxicated customers, of which was a challenge that I arose to. Would highly recommend to students at the University of Reading due to a very good team, flexible shifts & progression prospects.

Part time job whilst studying for my degree at a small fruit market every Thursday based in Reading University Students Union (RUSU). Presentation was a very important aspect win this role as well as stock replenishment, the diverse clientele enabled me to grow customer service skills considerably.

Originally started volunteering as part of Bronze DofE however I found much enjoyment and growth from the organisation so stayed until I had no choice but to move on. Started by doing routine volunteering work such as tending to livestock then moved on to help skill up new volunteers. Spitalfields offered a huge insight into the local minority communities as to where the farm acted as a hub. The farm offered progression and opportunity through events such as county fairs, London Bridge Sheep drive and Oxford & Cambridge Goat Race.
