Team lead of the overnight stocking team. I’m a leader in charge of stocking the entire store overnight. My duties also include managing work flow and assignments for 25-30 associates each night. Follow up and redirecting to ensure all goals are met on a daily basis.

Work independently to research, analyze, problem solve and provide customer resolution on mid-high complex issues within tight deadlines. Balancing multiple daily reports including ACH settlements, and accounts receivables, identifying any imbalance and working quickly to correct all issues. Received and process miscellaneous transaction requests in a timely and accurate manner in multiple systems. Receive and process all disbursement requests received as well as mailing of refund checks each day.

Managed the second highest grosing tool rental center for The Home Depot. I was in complete controll of the day to day management of the center. My duties included but were not limited to ordering, sales forcasting from P&L statements, management of rental fleet of aproximately 200 different types of tools. I also wrote schedules, and reviews for the associates in my department. Overall I was a leader and mentor to as many as fifteen associates in my department and just under two hundred in my store.
