Serving one of Salesforce's global Life Sciences clients, I am responsible for applying Salesforce's Customer 360 solutions to my client's critical business initiatives across all departments & industries they serve including Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Biotech, and Environmental. Supported various Sales leaders in the the AMER Enterprise ($6B rev, 4K AEs) and Healthcare & Life Sciences ($1B rev, 600 AEs) business units. Responsibilities included key GTM pillars such as org design, territory carving, quota setting, compensation design, pipeline management, and forecasting. Also drove coordination across supporting functions such as Product, Marketing, Sales Dev, Enablement, and Success.

Lead the Insights team within Revenue Operations, responsible for providing strategic and analytical support for all Commercial functions (250 people across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Service). Supported the implementation of a revised pricing model and revenue stream diversification. During Eventbrite’s IPO, was responsible for the Commercial metrics components of our S-1 filings and Roadshow preparation.

Owned the global consolidation and reporting of Commercial metrics for O&G Digital Solutions business ($3B rev). Reported directly to FP&A Leader, and managed a rotational finance analyst and an offshore data support team. Designed a strategic sales commission plan (~800 AEs), and owned the data processing to enable accurate payouts.

Supported multiple GE business units in varied financial functions during rigorous leadership rotational program. Earned honors distinction in each of the four required classes: Accounting, Operations, Controls, and Strategy. Job rotations included:
