I was the only person in the Southwest to Achieve this.I was chosen to represent Phones 4U in the Shop Idol Competition competing against all rival telecommunication companies in in the U.K.As a Manager I regularly exceeded target and managed a team of 8 -10 sales members. I would often train all new members of staff including management that would be working in our other Cornish branches.I left this role due to redundancy as the company went in to liquidation.

I left this role as the industry was changing and Telecommunications were really taking off so Phones 4U approached me to work for them.
