I developed a comms plan for the survey, as well as gathering key information from multiple stakeholders to be used for the content of our comms messages.I was also involved with the development of a SharePoint site for all HR employees to use as a place to find out the latest team news, share ideas, best practice and important information. This has provided each member of HR with a more effective communication tool. I also created a reporting tool, from scratch, to monitor and track key performance indicators for the site. This has helped to identify our most popular pages, in order to provide up to date content, as well as which pages are not being viewed.Placement 4 - Corporate AffairsI spent three months within our Networks Brand and Communications team to assist with the internal and external brand launch of Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks. -
