• Structured pricing and account reporting parameters for very large merchant accounts so that the accounts maintained the expected profitability for NOVA and the funding and reporting specifications required by the merchant.• Acted as escalation point for NOVA’s large account support team to help them resolve issues with previously implemented accounts, and made” best practices” recommendations to that group.

• Directly managed relationship between NOVA and 60+ large merchant processing accounts to retain each account and to ensure profitability for NOVA.• Analyzed all aspects of the merchants’ processing methods to insure lowest cost to the merchant on controllable elements of credit card processing.• Assisted the merchants with resolution of funding, technical, contract, and risk management issues.

• Assisted NOVA merchants with credit card funding and terminal support issues as part of customer service phone queue.

• Serve as primary project management for set-up of payment processing accounts for very large-volume merchants, including credit cards, debit cards, electronic check conversion, gift cards, private label cards and all support services related to initiating the merchant account.• Serve as primary contact/support for the client during initial implementation to determine the needs and requirements for the processing relationship (funding, billing, reporting, support, etc.).• Assist NOVA sales and support personnel with underwriting requirements, contract execution and boarding, pricing, proprietary processing specifications, equipment and software operation, and merchant training that are related to the implementation.
