As part of my job duties, I provide executive level leadership with full accountability for overseeing all operational aspects of the airlines network globally. One of my key tasks is to boosting company revenue, reducing operational costs, and improving overall customer experience. Furthermore, I oversee the deployment of the executive operational strategy. Moreover, I prepare the team for any in-flight disruptions i.e. medical issues, technical failure, weather diversions, and aircraft incidents/accidents by implementing a corporate emergency response plan and activating the Disruption Planning Unit/Incident Command Centre. In addition to the above, I lead process improvement initiatives for protecting revenue and targeting efficiency savings, with responsibility to support the strategic direction provided by the VP network control.• Designed and introduced a payload optimisation process to tactically review aircraft allocation on day of ops, maximising belly hold cargo uplift and generating US$4.4M in additional revenue in 2019/20.• Leveraged superior leadership traits, whilst supervising and guiding all airport services teams, operational shift managers, and stakeholders.• Performed duties as a liaison within NCC for Flight Crew (Aircraft) and network airport services communications.

In this role, I built a Ground Dispatch department by recruiting and assembling a team of highly talented individuals who were responsible for the safe and on-time turnaround of both passenger and cargo aircraft. Other responsibilities of mine were, improving skills of staff members by creating training syllabus. I also defined and implemented SOPs to ensure seamless workflow. Further, I monitored performance targets and auditing process to assure adherence with corporate targets i.e. safety, customer service, and on-time performance.• Hired, mentored, and deployed a team of 70 specialist staff within just nine months for managing full Emirates airlines ground operations.

During my time here, I was tasked with controlling ground dispatch and load control operations, whilst leading a specialist team of operational staff. I facilitated team members to meet and exceed service delivery targets and defined standards. Additionally, I chaired meetings with executive management to provide detailed and accurate feedback on day-to-day progress. In order to drive further business growth, I recommended new ideas and solutions to senior staff members. Also, I liaised with the Safety Department to investigate and resolve irregularities.• Established long-term relations with both internal and external customers.
