I am happy to announce that Signify Health is Live! I have greatly enjoyed working with our compatriots in Texas and Virginia and look forward to what the future brings. This is a very exciting time, I am grateful I can be part of building the future in our industry with Signify Health.

Working for Advance Health has been very rewarding, I continue to work with an outstanding team of professionals that make me excited about coming into work every day. We enable each other to solve any issues that may arise by our effective communications throughout the resolution process. This is something that can only be described as when another team member can nearly finish your sentence as your thinking it, as you verbally go over a possible resolution. Step down training is a very important thing to me on site, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. I take my time to listen to each issue that arises and determine what the issues is and if there is a better more productive way of handling it. Likewise, my onsite team does the same, and recommends solutions based on what they see while on the floor. This understanding and cooperation has made us a very effective team.A few months ago, a Hyper Converged Infrastructure was a concept I had only noticed in passing, since working for Advance Health I have developed a very in depth understanding of the technology involved , in a very realistic aspect regarding how our current environment could coexists with a cloud converged environment, and I am very grateful for the experience and understand the importance of these endeavors.I am happy to say that I am very excited about Advance Health’s merger with Censeo Health, I have had a chance to speak with a few members of their team and I can’t wait to work with them more. I believe that our combined experience, integrity, and determination will make us a company that will be a force to be reckoned with.

I have been very fortunate to work for ITWWS and Advance Health. I was granted the opportunity to work for an outstanding IT facilitator at ITWWS. I have been allowed the chance to supervise updates spanning multiple companies and service platforms, and have learned over time that nothing goes as planed. However I have been paired with other IT compatriots that work well together to solve these issue quickly. I feel very gracious to work for a company such as this. In the past I was given the opportunity to learn and certify in POS ( Point of Sale ) systems and technologies, I always enjoyed the information, and this benefited my company greatly. I am happy to say that though ITWWS and Advance Health I have been able to learn more widely used technologies and have developed good relations with these companies involved.

Coordinate local area computer network activities and all operation systems. • Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves complex problems with business applications, networking, telephone equipment and PC hardware. • Accurately documents all work in service request software. • Accurately documents software program functionality and common issues, errors, and resolutions.• Consults with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional needs and recommends purchasing to the Director of Information Services. • Configures, installs, and maintains local area network hardware, software, and telecommunications services such as personal computers, software, printers, servers, routers, switches, modems, cabling, and ISP’s.• Insures computer hardware and software are kept in good operating condition and updated when necessary. • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all systems.• Maintains network users, user environment, directories, and security.• Trains users on software and equipment usage.• Responds to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs.• Communicates standards for use, operations, and security of network, personal computers, and data.• Communicates with other departments to report and resolve software, hardware, and operations problems.• Keeps Director of IS informed concerning computer problems that might impact operations.• Researches and evaluates new technologies and makes recommendations for software and hardware purchasing. • Installs and tests software and hardware upgrades. • Insures that all data is properly backed up, local and offsite daily.

As a field support technician for Go2IT, I accepted contractual work orders for area businesses. I traveled to the location of the work order, for the installation and or repair and maintenance of new or existing equipment. The types of equipment ranged from network printers, switches, routers, computers POS hardware and software, IBM and Dell Servers and workstations, and satellite network equipment.
