• Lead the affiliate product launch team to support product launches in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America in compliance with their country’s regulations. Reformulation activities for current OTC and Cosmetic products in the market (Cleansers, Shampoos, Lotions, Creams, Scrubs, Sunscreens, Wipes and Color Cosmetics) for business continuity• Work on the development of chassis bases for multiple products to decrease costs and increase manufacture efficiency• Work with the Raw Material Center and External Manufacturing partners to find alternate raw materials for re-siting projects • Responsible for preparing and reviewing Approval for Product Release (APR), Global Change Controls, manufacturing work instructions, stability protocols, equipment and raw material equivalency studies, product and formula specifications, batch request forms, bulk holding studies, consumer product information forms, and other technical transfer documents or activities per cGMP and FDA guidelines for existing marketed products while adhering to a strict project timeline to meet the required ship-to-trade date• Work closely with cross functional partners (EMQA, Packaging, Regulatory, Microbiology, Analytical, RMC, & Stability Management) to create development plans for Global Change Controls (GCCs) and Approval for Product Release (APR), while following all FDA requirements
