Previously, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where I partnered with hiring managers and candidates to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for the financial services industry. Before that, I was a Covid Testing Team Supervisor at Serco, where I led and supported a team of testers and administrators in delivering Covid-19 testing services to the public. With over three years of work experience in recruitment and data management, I have developed strong skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and customer service.
