Managing all aspects of the maintenance for a modern fleet, of heavy construction and mobile crushing equipment, to ensure maximum productivity while reducing maintenance costs. Developed new maintenance systems and procedures. Design and costing of equipment modifications and refurbishments. Managing supplier contracts. Carrying out advanced hydraulic and electrical diagnostics.

Hands on position managing the day to day workload of ten workshop and field based technicians to ensure a high level of workmanship and productivity while delivering the very best customer service possible.

Field based position dealing with all aspects of the customers needs. Working on a very diverse range of equipment from civil construction, forestry, marine and power generation. Carrying out full diagnostics through to day to day preventative maintenance. During this time I was deployed to a field camp in Antarctica to install 2 generator units and carry out camp maintenance for 4 weeks.
