Guided and assisted the client Project Management team responsible for the $25M redevelopment of the Christchurch Town Hall for Performing Arts.Subsequent to the February 2011 earthquake that devastated Christchurch the role changed to evaluating options to repair and restore this Category One Listed Heritage building.

Lead the team that developed the $60M Deans Stand to complete the development of AMI Stadium in Christchurch.

Lead the team to select a design, build and own PPP to provide the new $113M Christchurch City Council Civic Building.Acted as Client Representative during the design and construction phase.New Zealand's first 6 Greenstar rated building.

Developed the project brief, team selection, and concept design for this $230M domestic and international airport terminal expansion. Coordinated the businesses case development and airline consultation.Developed the project delivery strategy and lead the enabling phase.

Leading the team to design and build the AUD$115M Defence National Storage and Distribution Centre in Sydney, providing facilities for Australia's Army, Navy and Airforce.The project won the Australian Defence Industry Quality and Achievement Award in 1994.
