As an Individual Giving Manager, I sit strategically as a senior fundraiser across income across channels including Regular Giving and Single Giving.My role in for-purpose missions is to engage, educate and publicise the work of Oxfam by creating inspiring journeys and communication that deepen relationships and engage the public and current supporters, driving lifetime value, and optimising ROI and performance through fundraising activities backed by data-driven analysis. Manages lead generation through social media campaigns and manages the acquisition and retention of regular donors. In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the growth and retention of supporters typically giving gifts totalling less $1,000 per year in the regular and single giving space. This high-level role provides strategic oversight and leadership of the team to deliver new and retained support.Having started hands-on in the Telephone Fundraising industry, I now use functions such as Face-to-Face, Telephone and Digital both in-house and externally as essential tools in my wheelhouse. As a person I am driven by my For-Purpose causes. My realised strengths are in innovation, detail, action and being a fast-paced, responsive ‘ideas’ person, who enjoys analysing data and situations to problem solve.
