Budget Analysis Team Lead (cont. Redhorse)Operations SupportServe as Program liaison to complete the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Lead coordination effort between HQ Program leads and National Laboratory POCs. Perform financial reconciliations and review individual projects, effectively finalizing and establishing the Baseline AOP.Facilitate strategic planning efforts in WETO through development and implementation of various templates and processes to support consistent and efficient technical and content collection, review, edits, and feedback across the Technology Office to ensure alignment with the vision, mission, values and goals of EERE.Regularly assess project and financial assistance management processes/systems, and recommend, develop and implement changes in business processes and procedures based on findings to ensure maximum efficiency in overall program and project management operations.Regularly communicate, explain, and defend complex ideas or information to key stakeholders through clear and convincing oral and written presentations, and actively listens to obtain information, clarify, negotiate, and build consensus for mutually acceptable solutions to accomplish goals.Facilitate interviews and feedback sessions with staff and supervisory officials to understand various operational issues, and brief management to understand and mitigate negative impacts on organizational missions and goals.Technology Development Project LeadResponsible for Project Management of WETO Additive Manufacturing projectsMonitor Program Status to include project milestones, and project financials/costs ensuring project is executing according to schedule.Catalyst Joint Venture Team Lead (Redhorse/Building People Staff)Provide direct support to Catalyst Sr. Contract Manager (Redhorse) of the DOE EERE BASS Contract. Serve as a liaison to team of eight members working in various Program Offices within EERE, the Sr. Contract Manager, and Corporate.
