• My role was expanded to include full responsibility for the corporate website and integration with the Communications team (Investor Relations, Public Relations and Government Relations).
• Undertook an extensive overhaul of the Group intranet and improved the local internal communications functions in MTG’s offices in Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and Africa.
• Tasked with event planning, arranging quarterly meetings to ensure the central Communications team and local communications teams worked effectively and learned from each other.
• Worked closely with the Group CEO on regular messaging to various levels of employees (from the entire Group to the senior management team) and created all materials for the CEO’s biannual tour of the company’s offices.

• Managed and led a team of researchers running the Profile Group’s flagship product, Foresight. Also had responsibility for spin-off titles: Foresight Bulletin, The Year Ahead and the Awareness Campaign Register.
• Managed the quarterly production of Foresight, and the annual publication of The Year Ahead and Awareness Campaign Register.
• Managing and maintained all the three websites on a daily basis.
• Successfully undertook restructuring of the main title, Foresight, for a re-launch at end of 2006.
• Delivered a major re-structuring of the team in support of the above.
