Main Responsibilities- Support Point of Sale System and Online Shopping Cart- Exposure to Kount, Kibana, Splunk and Quantum Metric- Work closely with GHQ IT Production Support Team to do Root Cause Analysis and release a fix.- Do a regression testing to ensure there is no adverse effect on existing functions.- I am responsible for 1st and 2nd level IT Support to troubleshoot and resolve issue within the Service Level Agreement.- Ensure IT equipment are updated and working properly.- Single Point of Contact for all IT related requests and issues.- Provide training to local staff on IT Security Best Practices and set up a SharePoint site.- Setup all the staff with the necessary IT account and access to work from home during the circuit breaker period.- Experience with Azure, JIRA, IT Service Desk.
